Terms of Service

By using Clousine’s website, web app, or Android APK, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Clousine provides virtual try-on and product mockup software for fashion, jewelry, apparel, and commercial teams. Features, plan limits, and pricing may change with notice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your seats. One account works across web and mobile.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use
• Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Do not use outputs to misrepresent materials in a fraudulent way

4. Intellectual property

You retain rights to your materials. You grant Clousine a limited license to process uploads solely to provide the service. Clousine retains rights to the platform, models, and scene library (excluding your custom uploads).

5. Commercial use of renders

Subject to your plan, you may use generated renders in proposals, marketing, and commerce. You are responsible for final color and quality checks before manufacturing decisions.

6. Billing

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. Business contracts follow the order form.

7. Android APK

Sideloaded builds are provided as-is. Install only from official Clousine links. Play Store distribution may have additional store terms.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is.” Renders are visualization aids, not certified material measurements. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months, to the extent allowed by law.
