Clousine (“we”, “us”) provides virtual try-on and product mockup tools via web and Android. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, work email, company, password (hashed)
• Usage data: renders, scenes used, device type (web / Android)
• Content you upload: material photos and custom scenes
• Billing data via our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)

2. How we use information

• To provide and improve the product
• To sync your workspace across web and the Android app
• To send product and account emails
• To secure accounts and prevent abuse

3. Material uploads

Your swatches and renders stay in your account. We do not sell your materials. Optional product-improvement features that use uploads will be opt-in and disclosed separately.

4. Sharing

We use subprocessors for hosting, analytics, email, and payments. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention & deletion

You may request account deletion. We retain data only as needed for legal, security, and backup purposes.
